📖 How to order at alarmplus.mk
A simple guide to get you from browsing to receiving your order at home.
Step 1
Create your account
Go to "My Account"
Click the My Account icon at the top right of the page.
Enter your email and register
Type your email address in the registration field and click Register.
Check your email
The system will automatically send a confirmation email to the address you entered. Open it and click the confirmation link inside.
Set your password
After clicking the link, you will be taken to a page where you can create your password.
Tip: Your password must be at least 12 characters long. To make it stronger use uppercase, lowercase letters and numbers
Click Save
Once you've set your password, click Save. Your account is now ready to use!

Place an order
Find your product
Browse by category using the top menu or use the search bar to find a product by name or model number.
Add to cart
Open the product page, review the details, then click Add to cart. You can keep shopping or go straight to checkout.
Go to checkout
Click the cart icon at the top right, review your items, then click Proceed to checkout.
Fill in your delivery info
Enter your full name, address, city, and phone number. Double-check everything before continuing.
Choose payment & confirm
Select your preferred payment method and click Place order. A confirmation will be sent to your email.
Free delivery on orders over 50 EUR. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days across Macedonia.
Step 4
Track your order
Use the Track Your Order page
Go to Track Your Order in the top menu, or visit alarmplus.mk/track-your-order/
Enter your order number & email
Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
Or check via My Account
If you're logged in, go to My Account → Orders to see all past and current orders with their statuses.

Save to wishlist
Save products for later
Click the heart icon on any product to save it. You must be logged in to use this feature.
View your saved items
Visit alarmplus.mk/wishlist/ to see all saved products and add them to cart whenever you're ready.
