1. Products & Services

We sell and install high-quality security cameras, alarm systems, audio equipment, computers and household appliances. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the information is always current or error-free.

2. Products & Packaging

All products sold on our website are brand new, factory-sealed, and have never been opened or used. Our items are not displayed in public retail stores and have not been handled by customers, as they are shipped directly from our warehouse.

Products are delivered in their original packaging and may include manufacturer security seals or emblems, where applicable. We guarantee that all items are in brand new condition upon delivery.

3. Warranty and Product Guarantees

All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty may vary depending on the item and brand. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation,physical damage or unauthorized repairs. Please refer to individual product pages or contact our support team for specific warranty details.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, pro-forma-bank transfer, and cash on delivery (where applicable).All prices are in Denars and include calculated DDV tax.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are outlined on our FAQ page. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We deliver to all cities across R. Macedonia. For orders with a total value above 3,000 MKD, delivery is free of charge.

6. Product Availability and Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure that all product information and pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or product availability without prior notice.

7. Account Registration

To place an order, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

9. Returns & Refunds

10. Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Montage and demontage (installation and removal) are offered separately and are not included in product prices. Fees may vary depending on location and complexity but are standardized across the country. Our team will contact you immediately after purchase to schedule service.

Custom or special orders, such as bulk or business installations, may require longer processing times or additional documentation. These orders are subject to specific terms that will be communicated during the purchase process.

17. Communication Consent

18. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

21. Installation Liability Waiver

While our professional team strives to install products safely and efficiently, alarmplus.mk is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen conditions at the installation site (e.g., poor wiring, structural issues, interference by third parties). Customers are responsible for ensuring the site is ready for safe and compliant installation.

22. Business & Partner Accounts

We offer custom pricing, support, and agreements for businesses and installers. By applying for a business account, you agree to provide accurate business documentation and maintain a professional relationship.

23. Customer Responsibilities for Installation Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the installation site. This includes securing necessary permissions (e.g., landlord, building management), access to electricity, and notifying us of any unusual conditions in advance.

24. Compliance with Surveillance Laws

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their use of surveillance equipment (cameras, microphones, recorders) complies with local privacy and monitoring laws. alarmplus.mk is not responsible for improper or unlawful usage by customers.

25. Data Backup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up video or audio data from recording devices. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, theft, or user error.

26. Installation Guarantee Limitations

Our installation services come with a limited service guarantee covering workmanship of the job. However, this guarantee does not cover third-party tampering, user-caused damage, or electrical/network issues unrelated to the installed product.

27. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Some products or features may rely on third-party services (e.g., mobile apps, cloud storage, or integrations with Google, Alexa, etc.). While we provide support for setup, we are not responsible for the functionality, terms, or privacy practices of those third-party platforms. Use is at your own discretion and governed by their terms.

28. Product Suitability

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are suitable for their intended use or environment (e.g., indoor vs. outdoor cameras, power compatibility, network requirements). Please consult our team before purchase if you are unsure.

29. Installation Access Delays

If access to the installation site is delayed due to customer-related issues (e.g., no-show, locked property, or lack of site preparation), we may charge a rescheduling or return visit fee. These fees will be communicated in advance.

30. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, threats to staff, or suspicious activity.

31. False or Fraudulent Orders

All orders are subject to verification. If we suspect fraud, fake identity, or misuse of payment methods, alarmplus.mk reserves the right to cancel the order and report the incident to relevant authorities.

32. Environmental and Installation Constraints

Some installations may be limited by property conditions such as unstable walls, lack of wiring, or restricted access. In such cases, our team will inform you of the limitation and may suggest alternative solutions or decline the job if safety or functionality cannot be guaranteed.

33. Promotions, Loyalty Points, and Coupons

Discounts, promo codes, and loyalty points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to expiration dates or specific use conditions. Misuse may result in cancellation of the benefit and/or the associated order.

34. Service Area Limitations

While we offer nationwide delivery and installation, some remote areas may require longer delivery times or may have limited availability for on-site services. We will inform you in advance if this applies to your order.

35. Custom Orders and Pre-orders

Custom products or pre-orders are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Estimated delivery times for pre-orders are subject to change. We will notify you of any major delays and keep you informed.

36. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of R. Macedonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in R. Macedonia.

37. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, alarmplus.mk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product or service.

38. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
