23. Customer Responsibilities for Installation Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the installation site. This includes securing necessary permissions (e.g., landlord, building management), access to electricity, and notifying us of any unusual conditions in advance.
24. Compliance with Surveillance Laws
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their use of surveillance equipment (cameras, microphones, recorders) complies with local privacy and monitoring laws. alarmplus.mk is not responsible for improper or unlawful usage by customers.
25. Data Backup Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up video or audio data from recording devices. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, theft, or user error.
26. Installation Guarantee Limitations
Our installation services come with a limited service guarantee covering workmanship of the job. However, this guarantee does not cover third-party tampering, user-caused damage, or electrical/network issues unrelated to the installed product.
